1929 Cudahy's Puritan Bacon Ad ~ John Alden & Priscilla

Original vintage magazine ad for Cudahy's Puritan Bacon. Fabulous illustration (unsigned) shows John Alden who has disembarked from the Mayflower, crossing the water to set foot on Plymouth Rock. In his arms he holds Priscilla Mullens, whom he had fallen in love with on the voyage. A wonderful vintage piece!
