1914 Kellogg's Cereal Ad ~ Voting ~ Women's Suffrage

Original large format vintage magazine ad for Kellogg's Corn Flakes. Very scarce ad published during the time of women's suffrage. In their quest to appeal to women (who were usually the ones who did the shopping), Kellogg's came up with this wonderful ad to show women they were on their side. Children march with boxes of of cereal instead of voting placards.

Tagline or sample ad copy:  48 health and pure food officials have just signed testimonials endorsing Kellogg's Waxtite package. The women of this country have always voted "Aye" on the contents.

Publication Year: 1914

Approximate Ad Size (in inches): 10½ x 16

Condition: Light crease to lower right corner. Otherwise very good condition.
