Vintage Lorain Oven Recipe Cook Book

Wonderful old cookbook/recipe book from the American Stove Company: Time and Temperature Oven Cooking. With specific instructions for the Lorain Oven. Throughout the book are several pages of great old color lithography.

According to the preface: "The purpose of this book is to enable the owner of a Lorain-equipped gas range to develop quickly exact measurements of Time and Temperature for her own favorite recipes by using as a starting point whichever recipe in this book closely approximates her own special recipe."
