This is the original 55 page booklet printed by the "Times" Printing House in 1884. Appears to be signed by Mayor Scoville on first page.

Fascinating look at the City of Buffalo over 100 years ago. Booklet contains many financial figures for every major department of the city including the Assessors Dept; Engineers Dept; Street Dept; Dept. of Public Instruction; Fire Dept; Water Dept: Police Dept; and many others.

The booklet measures approximately 6x9. The spine has torn and some pages have come disbound, but it is complete and in good condition.
