1940 Ray P. Chase ~ Why? Roosevelt, Thatcher, Scandal ~ SCARCE!

This is a scarce first edition (soft cover) written by Ray P. Chase regarding the relationship between Roosevelt, Henry Wallace, and Myron William Thatcher. From the introduction (in part):

This is the story of President Franklin D. Roosevelt, Secretary of Agriculture Henry A. Wallace, Mr. Myron William Thatcher, and the relationship existing between them.
Incredible if told in simple, narrative style, this article is presented in the form of correlated, authoritative proof; every statement, down to the last detail being supported by competent, relevant, material evidence.
This recital is not written in a spirit of malice or personal animosity. Its purpose is to inform the American people of a situation existing; of facts which are important, which they have a right to know, which have been suppressed and which are being concealed now by federal officials. Such information is needed particularly at this time because of the effort of Mr. Roosevelt to increase and perpetuate his autocratic power and to turn the United States into a totalitarian America with himself as dictator and Mr. Wallace as heir apparent.

The book is chock full of facsimiles of letters, articles, financial statements, photos, etc.
