This is the original cover of Life (Humor) Magazine dated January 16, 1931. Somewhat racist cover in these times. A man from Hip Lee Laundry talks on the phone with (presumably) the man whose shirt he holds. The shirt appears to have women's names and phone numbers written all over it.
