This is an original issue of "The Steam Car" (Volume II, No. 3) published by the Stanley Motor Carriage Company. From the masthead:
It tells many intimate stories about the car whose power plant is the oldest, the most highly standardized, the most efficient, and the least mysterious that science has devised for vehicles.
I could not find any information on this publication, but it is pretty much an 8 page newsletter with info, photos, and stories relating to Stanley Steam Cars. The Model 740 is featured throughout. There is a nice photo of the establishment of R.C. Dahlhjelm, a Stanley Steam Car dealer in Seattle (210 Virginia Street), and a photo of a dealership in Philadelphia (46th & Walnut).
The issue is not dated, but since it features the "New Model 740," I would guess it was published circa 1924.
Approximate Size (in inches): 9 x 12
Condition: Very good overall condition with light wear. Rust around the staple area. Folded horizontally.
