1917 Original Colt Revolver Army Issued Booklet Manual

This is an original government issued booklet with a description of the Colt Double Action Revolver (Caliber .45, Model of 1909). With rules for management, memoranda of trajectory, and description of ammunition.

Printed in September 1909, and revised in 1913 . . . this issue was printed in 1917 by the Washington Government Printing Office.

These booklets were numbered, and were apparently distributed to officers of the army. The "official number of this copy" is 13512, as noted on the cover, and on the interior front matter.
