Palisades Park is not merely a "section" or sub-division," but a wide expanse of beautiful rolling land. A park offering the freedom and the pure air of the ideal suburban residence locality, improved with all the advantages of the city; macadamized streets, stone sidewalks, water, gas, electric, a perfect sewerage system, shade trees in abundance, and good transportation facilities which latter will present even a greater degree of perfection when the tunnels now building under the Hudson River are completed.
