1930's ~ The Lobster Pot Restaurant Promotional Booklet ~ Lynn, Mass

Original promotional/recipe booklet—The Voice of the Lobster—put out by Brooks & Sprague, wholesalers and retailers of live lobsters in Lynn, Massachusetts. We could not find much information on Brooks & Sprague, nor could we find much info on the Lobster Pot and Lobster Aquarium which was also apparently located in Lynn, Mass (on Washington Street/Lynn Harbor). Contains nice old photos and information about the restaurant (interior and exterior) as well as information on how they catch the lobsters. Also contains some lobster recipes and instructions on cooking and opening a lobster. Booklet is undated, but we would guess this is circa 1930's.
