1890's Business Card ~ P.J. Rowan Granite & Marble for Funeral Plot ~ Brooklyn NY

Description: This is an original business card for P.J. Rowan Granite & Marble Works (Monuments, Headstones, etc.) located at his residence: 70 Duffield Street in Brooklyn NY (Flatbush). There is an image of a woman sitting in a cemetery with her child. She is seated next to a huge monument. Underneath the image is printed Cemetery of the Holy Cross. We found Mr. Rowan's name in an online newspaper that was from the 1890's so we would assume this card is well over 100 years old.

Approximate Size: 3¾ x 2¼

Condition: This is in decent condition for its age. Two lower corners are clipped. There is a small dark stain just below the center and some general discoloration. Please examine the image we supplied.
