This is the original cover of Pictorial Review Magazine dated 1929. Adorable red-haired child holds a dolly with similar tresses.
Artist/Illustrator/Photographer: McClelland Barclay
Approximate Size (in inches): 10½ x 13¼
Condition: Some condition issues at the top header area include a small hole. That area had a rip that has been taped from behind. Other than that, very good condition with the very tip of lower right corner torn away. Address label lower right.
This is the cover only . . . not the entire magazine.
Please note: Although we have given a very general grade for condition, please keep in mind that magazine covers suffer much harsher treatment than the rest of the magazine. After years of being handled and tossed around, it is likely that an old cover will show signs of wear including small rips, creases, discoloration/staining, edge chipping, general surface wear, etc. If there is anything more severe, we will note that in the description. It is also helpful to look closely at the picture(s) we have provided above to get a better idea of condition of this cover.
